• Help gather student stories, photos, quotes, and program highlights that demonstrate the impact of donor support.
• Assist with donor-facing collateral, campaign materials, and event communications.
Email Marketing and Audience Engagement
• Build, schedule, and send email campaigns for concerts, auditions, programs, events, fundraising, and institutional news.
• Assist with list segmentation, scheduling, proofreading, testing, and basic performance tracking.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure email content is accurate, timely, and relevant.
Concert, Event, and Audition Promotion
• Coordinate promotional materials and event information for NYYS concerts, performances, workshops, auditions, and public events.
• Work with staff, venues, and the Digital Media Coordinator to ensure event details, ticket links, program information, images, and promotional assets are accurate and delivered on time.
• In coordination with the Executive Director, support ticketing setup, event listings, and box office coordination as needed.
• Help maintain centralized event, audition, and ticketing information for staff, students, families, venues, and audiences.
Advertising and Project Coordination
• Coordinate advertising materials for concert programs, seasonal publications, and musician handbooks.
• Track ad commitments, artwork, payment status, deadlines, and placement.
• Support coordination with designers, printers, vendors, and staff to keep communications projects moving on schedule.

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days of employment, as well as access to a 403(b)-retirement plan with company vesting after two years. Some evening and weekend work will be required around concerts, board meetings, kickoff weekends, and other major organizational events.
