National Entertainment Network (“NEN”) is one of the largest front-end retail and amusement vending companies spearheading the effort to bring new digital technologies to the category. NEN defines amusement vending entertainment with a diverse first-tier entertainment portfolio of products operating approximately 30,000 amusement machines, located in over 8,000 of the most popular retail, restaurant, and, family entertainment center locations throughout the United States. For over 30 years, NEN has continued to focus on clients by providing quality entertainment for their customers and patrons. NEN is part of the GENDA Group of companies, including Player One Amusement Group in the U.S.
This person will report to the CRO. This person is responsible for the direction and management of the Mall Channel. This person will be a key contributor in driving the Company’s customer acquisition and revenue goals through management of the company’s Mall Channel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Overall responsibility of all aspects of the company’s business in the Mall Channel, to include:
Ongoing management of each banner and client
Point of contact for all Mall National Account Managers
Responsible for new sales in channel. Consistently build and deliver on an accurate account pipeline
Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to qualify and penetrate an account and develop a strategy to demonstrate value proposition
Create annual sales plan and work with CRO on annual sales budget Develop specific goals, implement and evaluate performance objectives and measures focusing on overall customer satisfaction
Travel is required to visit clients and attend relevant trade shows
Remote work is acceptable, or in corporate NEN offices in Louisville, CO
Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
Create and manage your department budget
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership
Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
Work closely with operations, client services, on executing the strategy
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge and minimum of five years’ experience working in the Mall industry, channels, and products, with ideal focus in the specialty leasing divisions.
Outstanding communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation skillset. Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment
