What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Brand Development Partner who brings:

• A collaborative spirit and a proactive mindset
• Strong communication skills with a personal touch
• A passion for structured processes and creative execution
• A book of business to share is a plus—but not required if you bring the right energy and drive

The First 90 Days (Trial Period)

This is your time to shine. During the trial, you’ll:

• Spend at least time  with our experienced sales person, learning our systems and style
• Work hand-in-hand with our inside team, building trust and alignment
• Receive the tools, templates, and branded systems you need to thrive
• Show us how you perform, collaborate, and contribute to our mission

After 90 Days

If it’s a match, we’ll move forward with:

• A formal one-year contract
• Payment for your common SKU (will explain further during this process)
• Continued support, growth opportunities, and a seat at the table
