Description
The Sales Enablement Coordinator is responsible for fulfilling sponsorship sales that meet the marketing goals of sponsor organizations and the goals of the Association. The person in this position works directly with organizations and internal stakeholders to ensure the success of sponsorships across digital, social, emerging platforms, virtual and in-person events to ensure a positive return on investment (ROI) for sponsors and a great experience for ASHA members. The person in this position will be responsible for outreach pre-sale to prospects setting meetings for sales representatives in addition to fulfilling internal and external goals.
Responsibilities
Fulfills sponsorship opportunities and works with internal teams, sponsors and vendors.
Provides excellence in customer care and builds long-lasting relationships with both internal and external clients.
Manages multiple projects with multiple assets, deadlines and stakeholders.
Develops prospect lists in Salesforce to secure meetings that fit sponsors’ needs.
Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders and sponsors about scheduling/timelines, deadlines, and required assets
Qualifications
Knowledge Typically Acquired Through
2-5 years of related experience in marketing, sales, and fulfillment.
Experience managing multiple projects at the same time with different deadlines and requirements.
Successful completion of a marketing or related bachelor’s degree or related experience.
Skills:
Demonstrates strong relationship management skills and the ability to foster collaboration and value other perspectives.
Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills when working with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Attention to detail is critical, along with the ability to project manage across multiple sponsorships and deadlines at the same time.
Experienced in providing superior customer service, a hallmark of this position.
Is proficient in MS Office, Association Management Systems, and Salesforce.
Is proficient with social channels and comfortable learning and understanding emerging platforms.
Proven ability to prioritize work and responsibilities to meet deadlines and keep projects running smoothly.
Shows curiosity and the ability to adapt to changing situations
