Job Summary Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to recruit, engage, and retain members of the Campus Recreation Center (CRC). Drive membership revenue through targeted outreach to Institute affiliates, community members, and summer program groups. Oversee and manage all aspects of facility membership access to ensure a seamless and secure experience for all users.
This position will interact on a consistent basis with: members, potential members, staff (at all levels), campus partners, students, faculty and alumni groups, and external rental groups.

Responsibilities Job Duty 1 - Develop and lead Campus Recreation's member recruitment strategy, including new member marketing, promotions, trial membership, tours, orientations, surveys, events, and member referral program.
Job Duty 2 - Oversee member engagement desk staffing, including hiring, training, and supervising student employees. Train member services staff on membership software, customer service, and risk management.
Job Duty 3 - Coordinate the member retention program, including member appreciation events, renewals, retention reward programs, and member exit surveys. Solicit and synthesize member feedback and recommend and implement membership improvement efforts.
Job Duty 4 - Administrative tasks include budgeting, compiling and reporting statistical data for revenue/expenses pertaining to membership, locker service, deposits, refunds, and reconciliations related to all departmental sales.
Job Duty 5 - Coordinate Institute, community, and summer group access to the Campus Recreation Center.
Job Duty 6 - Assist in the development, execution, and assessment of student development initiatives, training, and practices for the department, following regional and national trends to improve the student employee experience in conjunction with the Institute's goals.
Job Duty 7 - Assist and liaise with marketing and communication efforts to promote Campus Recreation's programs, services, and events.
Job Duty 8 - Assist in coordinating engagement and outreach opportunities to promote Campus Recreation's programs, services, and events.
Job Duty 9 - Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, hospitality, recreation, or other related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Required Qualifications Experience supervising or advising student leaders.
Required Experience Two to four years of job-related experience.
