The Student Employment and Marketing Coordinator oversees a robust student employment and retention program for the NDSU Wellness Center, supporting approximately 200 part-time student staff. This role also leads the creation and execution of marketing strategies for department services and program assessment. Key responsibilities include: Managing the recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training of student employees Developing and managing recognition and professional development initiatives to support staff retention Assisting with human resource management processes Production of promotional materials Coordinating digital media marketing efforts Representing the Wellness Center at outreach and recruitment events
