CGS Architects is a mid-sized architectural firm located in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, DC.  We have an immediate opening for a Proposal / Marketing Coordinator to join our team of architects and designers. Responsibilities: Work directly with firm leadership (Principals & Partners) Prepare high-impact written proposals and written responses to RFP's, RFQ's for public and private sector projects. Read & review RFP materials, and monitor procurement sources. Assist with the preparation of marketing packages, presentations and other marketing materials (i.e. ads, award submissions, holiday and event collateral).
