The ASCB Publisher is responsible for the strategic development of the Society’s two publications (Molecular Biology of the Cell and CBE – Life Sciences Education) and for their ongoing financial well-being. This position works with the Editors-in-Chief in developing and implementing strategies to enhance ASCB publication quality and to ensure their continued growth. The Publisher oversees operations for the ASCB journals and introduces new publishing initiatives. The Publisher reports to the CEO and manages a direct report. Report to the CEO and Council about the status of the Society’s publications and possible changes in industry technology, business models, and policies. Develop new business opportunities regarding the Society’s publi
