Job Summary: The Member Services & Programs Communications Manager will work with the Executive Vice President of Member Services & Programs to effectively communicate the benefits of AAF membership and involvement. With a heavy emphasis on membership, national grassroots programs, and member engagement opportunities, the role will be responsible for day-to-day member program and event awareness and promotion through various media channels and member-facing outlets. The role will work closely with each Member Services team member to ensure timely and effective communications for all activities thus sharing responsibility in overall program and event success.
