Position Summary: The Director of Development (DoD) will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to expand and diversify funding streams, ensuring the financial sustainability of Mano a Mano’s mission. This role will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies, including major gifts, grants, corporate sponsorships, and special events. The ideal candidate will bring a deep commitment to immigrant communities, strong relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset to drive resource development and community engagement.
