The State Firefighters’ and Fire Marshals’ Association of Texas (SFFMA) is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Retail Focus Team Member to support daily operations and the continued expansion of the SFFMA Store. This full-time role is key to enhancing member engagement and increasing non-dues revenue through merchandise sales, store growth, and brand visibility. The team member will manage both online and in-person sales, maintain accurate inventory, assist with phone communications, and support retail operations at SFFMA conferences and events. This position works closely with a small, collaborative staff team in a mission-driven environment.
