OVERVIEW: The Social Media Manager is responsible for creating, curating and optimizing content about visiting Raleigh, N.C., for GRCVB’s social media channels. With an emphasis on leisure-targeted platforms, the Social Media Manager works closely with the Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications in translating the Bureau’s editorial calendar into original content suited for social media (videos, photos, graphics, Instagram Story-type of posts and more), delivering visitor information across a wide variety of topics in an engaging manner that enhances the destination brand.
