The function of the Leasing Department is to work as a strategic partner contributing to the development and accomplishment of the company business plan and objectives.  The Leasing Department provides the company with structure and the ability to meet business needs by effectively managing and overseeing all leasing responsibilities for the company portfolio. The Director of Leasing is a Player/Coach role and is responsible for effectively sourcing, negotiating, and leasing vacant space and lease renewals in assigned properties. This position would be assigned higher value leases, larger square footage suites, and core properties lease transactions.
