SUMMARY The Member Engagement Specialist supports the Member Engagement Director and plays a role in enhancing the member experience. This position works with the Team to build engagement and deepen relationships with our firms, their staff and other audiences, as appropriate, by driving awareness and connecting them with opportunities and offerings. This position collaborates with our Marketing Team on social media and messaging. The Member Engagement Specialist also works closely with and serves as a back-up to the Membership and Database Specialist to maintain the integrity of our database and CRM and provides reports to key leaders, staff and management team.
