Education: 4 year/Bachelor’s Degree, required. Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field. Graduate Degree MBA or MHA, preferred. Experience: 7 years fundraising experience including Capital Campaign and Major Gift Solicitation or related experience. Experience managing a team and working with a Board of Directors, required. 5 years fundraising in healthcare environment, preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), preferred.
