EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:  Required education and experience— Bachelor’s degree in business and five years of experience leading a thriving philanthropy operation including conducting successful major and planned giving solicitations.  Working knowledge of Raiser’s Edge or similar database. Must have a valid driver’s license. Preferred education and experience—Master degree in Business.  Prior Healthcare philanthropy experience. CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:  Credentials—Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) strongly preferred.
