The Senior Development Manager will play a key Chapter role in leading as well as supporting the identification and moves management (qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship) of revenue opportunities in the areas of individual and corporate giving. Working closely with the Executive Director, Market Director and Chapter functional lead staff and volunteers will help identify and qualify a pipeline of donors who meet agreed upon criteria for ‘mid’ and ‘major’ giving potential, within and outside of our event structure.  In partnership with the chapter, regional and national staff teams, utilizing the nationally provided donor data, the Senior Development Manager will help build strategic and tactical plans to achieve and ideally exceed Chapter financial short,
