Membership Manager
POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Membership Manager is responsible for planning and implementing membership acquisition and renewal campaigns/ processes. Develops benefits to meet the needs of existing AAP members and creates strategies to attract new members. Works alongside committees and councils to manage projects to help meet the strategic plan related to membership. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops and implements an annual comprehensive membership marketing plan to retain existing members and recruit new members to the AAP. Responsible for meeting member growth targets and revenue goals. Tracks member performance and ensures accurate records are maintained in the Membership database
