A relevant 4-year degree or, a relevant 3-year degree/diploma combined with a professional certification or, an equivalent combination of formal education and relevant experience. 5-7 years of experience working in this or related field in progressive leadership roles. Demonstrated major gift development experience with $100K+ donors including working closely with senior volunteers. Experience in a large, complex not-for-profit healthcare philanthropy organization with a focus on basic and clinical research is a definite asset.
