We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Event Marketing Manager to lead our event marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in event marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and a deep understanding of the importance of data-driven decisions. As an Event Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing event marketing strategies that drive attendance, build brand awareness, and deliver measurable results.

This is an exempt position budgeted for a salary up to $75,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement event marketing strategies across email, social media, and other channels
Create compelling copy for email campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, and other marketing collateral
Plan and execute A/B testing, segmentation, and automation to optimize email campaigns
Develop and maintain a social media content calendar that aligns with the overall event marketing strategy
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including events, sales, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of events
Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and sponsors
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in event marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and data analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in event marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing
3+ years of experience leading and managing a team
Excellent copywriting skills with a demonstrated ability to create engaging content
Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, or Constant Contact
Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions
Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and exceeding lead generation targets
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
