The role
Leica Camera UK looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to drive the sales of our Premium Cinema TV, which is a masterpiece of innovation and set to revolutionise home entertainment. The ideal candidate will be a sales expert in the European specialist trade distribution of high-quality consumer goods, especially in the field of TV and or projectors.
Key Accountabilities
Fully responsible for the sales of Leica’s Premium Cinema TV in the UK & Ireland
Develop and implement channel and specialist trade activities in the responsible regions
Continuously develop sales in the responsible regions with a focus on the identification and support of suitable dealers and sales partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and sales partners
Actively develop and implement marketing and sales concepts and activities for the specialised trade and Leica’s own stores
Responsible for the presentation of the products at dealer/end customer and specialist trade events
PSI (Purchases, Sales, Inventory) management including budgeting and forecasting for the responsible regions
Initiate and implement marketing and sales-related measures for the markets served
Regularly monitor the competition within the market
Creation, billing and control of bonus agreements for dealers and distributors
Key Skills
Previous or similar experience in the development or further development of specialist trade concepts for the TV/consumer electronics sector
Previous or similar experience in the European specialist trade distribution of high-quality consumer goods, ideally in the field of TV and or projectors
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in building and maintaining long-term business partnerships
Good knowledge of relevant software (SAP, Excel/MS Office, BI tools)
Business-level fluency in English is required. Other foreign languages are an advantage
Strong cultural awareness and willingness to travel internationally (Europe)
