What we're looking for: We are seeking a talented professional responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for implementation and activation of all sponsorship and advertising placements sold within the Corporate Relations Department; coordinating all deliverables from corporate clients, managing deadlines, and communicating with sponsors; collaborating with RSNA departments and external vendors; and overseeing sponsorship and client reports.

What you'll do:
Manage sponsorship deliverables trafficking, production and client communication related to sponsorship execution for the RSNA annual meeting and year-round sponsorships. Conduct closing, proofs content and monitor placement of sponsorships at the RSNA annual meeting and in e-newsletters, online, and publications throughout the year.
Traffic and coordinate all advertising and sponsorship materials between clients and implementation. Coordinate with marketing, other RSNA departments and external vendors regarding creative specifications and deadlines. Send specifications to clients, answer questions and follow up regularly for materials.
Maintain schedule of sponsorship deadlines and timelines. Collaborate with internal departments and sales team to maintain shared ad schedules. Help ensure quality of incoming ad material by keeping abreast of changing production requirements and industry while working closely with clients and RSNA Marketing.
Support annual meeting sponsored education and year-round webinar, podcast and regional course sponsorships and exhibits.
Supervise Assistant: Corporate Relations on day-to-day activities related to contract creation, invoicing, and outreach to clients on Aging Report to obtain outstanding payments. Oversee coordination of all order entry with Customer Service department.
Provide employee development, performance management and guidance, including hiring, training, development, setting direction, evaluation, monitoring overall output and quality and proactively assessing professional development and resource needs.
Distribute advertising reports to clients. Review reports generated by Assistant for accuracy and share with Senior Manager: Corporate Services for review.
Work with Corporate Relations team to identify need for client ROI reports and lead development of reports.
Work with Assistant to regularly update internal sponsorship and advertising reports (fiscal budget, promotional opportunities, corporate partner spending, client summaries, benchmarking reports etc.), notifying Senior Manager: Corporate Services when ready for distribution or review.
Oversee and maintain online sponsorship website, working in concert with the Assistant and sponsorship team to update availability, promotional copy and specifications as needed.
Have an overall understanding of the workings of the Corporate Relations department in order to answer basic questions on all levels of advertising and sponsorships.
What you'll need:
3-5 years' related experience
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively interact and maintain a professional attitude with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times
Strong project management skills required, including excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task with accuracy and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
Keeps abreast of industry standards and trends
Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, CMS, and other programs
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Starting Salary: $60,000
