We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage various functions within our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shipments, handling RMA requests, overseeing our supply chain, coordinating with our factory, managing trade shows, and providing general administrative support. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of our products to customers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire shipping process for our customers worldwide, including preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
- Handle RMA requests, working closely with customers and dealers to resolve product issues and facilitate the return or exchange of defective units.
- Manage the company's supply chain, monitoring inventory levels, placing orders for needed components, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- Coordinate with the factory to ensure they have the required parts on time, overseeing production schedules, and managing any potential delays or issues that may arise.
- Ship replacement parts to dealers and madVR Labs Authorized Service Centers around the world, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the company's participation in trade shows, including booth design and setup, logistics, promotional materials, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Manage trade show budgets, ensuring all expenses are within allocated limits and identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with other duties as needed.
- Continuously monitor and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the operations, logistics, and trade show functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, trade show coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, shipping processes, international customs regulations, and trade show planning and execution.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite and other relevant software.
- Must reside in the USA.
