Chief Operating Officer (COO)   Opening: 1 Full-time Salaried Position Base Location: Toms River, NJ The Chief Operating Officer (COO) reports to the Chief Executive Operator and serves as an integral member of the Senior Management Team.  The COO will have overall strategic and operational responsibility and manager a group of program directors in multiple product areas of OCEAN, Inc. This is a succession plan position with the goal of replacing the Chief Executive Officer within 18-month duration.  COO will also be reviewed by the Board of Trustees and is expected to have Executive leadership skills, be a community advocate, and developer.  COO will develop in conjunction with the CEO and Board a vision for the future and expanded services
