The Executive Director role   The Executive Director of CHiPS will ensure that this community-based organization continues its unwavering commitment to addressing food and housing insecurity. The Executive Director has lead responsibility for strategy, program, operations, community/volunteer relations, fundraising, and financial management. The primary role of the Executive Director will be to:   Oversee strategy, program, operations,  community/volunteer relations, fundraising, and financial management; Manage a team of staff, and as needed clarify roles and delegate. Must be comfortable working in a unionized environment;
