Community Works is a leading, highly respected non-profit agency that has been serving southern Oregon since 1996. The agency is an intervention, prevention, and educational organization providing support to over 13,000 people each year through a variety of programs. Its purpose is to be there for people who are in crisis due to domestic and sexual violence, dating violence, and sex trafficking. Community Works is seeking a Director of Finance who will oversee all financial operations of the organization. The position reports to the Executive Director and acts as a strategic thought-partner to the senior leadership team. The Director of Finance will lead
