Manages all aspects of the association’s provider member recruitment, membership management, and member services. Work with President/CEO, Director of Government Relations, and association leadership to direct fundraising activities for the THCA political action committee. Development of PAC fundraising strategies and programs
This position has visibility with association membership leadership, state agency leadership as well as legislative officials and staff. Main point of contact for association Provider members. Develop strategic plan for member recruitment & retention initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Political Science, or related field is required.
Fundraising and event planning experience required. Basic computer skills required.
Three to Five years of experience needed.
Preferred experience working with state agencies, legislative committees and staff
