Summary of Position The Membership Marketing Manager is responsible for recruiting, engaging, and retaining ARRL members. This position serves as both an internal and external champion for the ARRL membership experience. It plays a key role in communicating member benefits and developing and evaluating marketing & service messaging. In addition, this role manages and maintains the accuracy and integrity of ARRL's membership data within the Association Management System, including reporting, analysis, and overall data management.
