Position Summary The Manager, Annual Fund (MAF) works collaboratively with the Director of Advancement & Engagement and the Institutional Advancement team to create, implement, and manage a comprehensive Annual Giving Program that is aligned with the mission and priorities of the Children’s Defense Fund (CDF). Using an intelligent segmentation strategy, the MAF will manage all facets of the Annual Giving Program with a major focus on fundraising and engagement campaigns (mail, email, peer-to-peer, and social media) and in-person stewardship activities.
