Serves as a central point of contact for new and existing customers and supports sales representatives to maximize sales performance. Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers, primarily by phone/online, to increase Mimaki products and/or services sales. Coordinates with field sales team members to ensure goals are met. Provides support to customers over the phone and may conduct field visits as necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Receive and respond to sales calls such as product inquiries, pricing, campaigns, etc., via phone, email, and Internet.
• Assist with region sales development, pipeline management, and lead generation activities, including cold calling at least 10 new accounts per day.
• Qualify sales leads and maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Maintain account, contact, lead, and transactional data in the CRM system.
• Prepare Request for Proposals (RFPs) for chargebacks.
• Prepare samples and documents, and deliver to customers based on the sales team's request.
• Assist regional managers and sales representatives in preparing documents including but not limited to: Application for new accounts. Discount request forms. Credit applications. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests. Credit memos. Dealership agreements: Continuous sales agreements; Loaner agreements; and Bill of Lading, commercial invoices, Proforma invoices (Export only).
• Promote nearly expired inks to minimize ink disposal volume.
• Process dealer sales SPIFFS for payment.
• Obtain and maintain accurate dealer information, including agreements and addendums required.
• Provide copies of dealer documents, invoices, and sales records upon request.
• Assist regional manager and sales representatives regarding any additional tasks related to the region's operations and sales.
• Order and manage any necessary items associated with the office and showroom.
• Process region invoices and assist with operational duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and orderly regional office and showroom.
• Up to 15% travel, including weekends.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Associate's Degree or higher with 1-2 years in sales support, sales, advanced customer service, or a combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
