Under supervision of the Executive Director, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating a year-long plan to promote the organization’s annual conference, membership, and training areas with the following goals: Retain and grow membership. Retain and grow conference attendance, sponsorship, exhibitors, and partnerships. Increase the use of our educational content and programming. Grow database with interested prospects. Create a marketing strategy that promotes the overall organization as well as development micro-plans for each business unit. Differentiate the organization from its competition.
