Position Purpose: To support post-sale and pre-sale activities with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction thru technical education and training. Provides ongoing technical assistance to the customer and assists with customer inquiries to assure proper repair procedures and address all customer and client concerns regarding the technical aspect and troubleshooting of products. 

Essential Job Functions:

• Good attendance with on time arrivals and no unapproved absences
• Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having and use troubleshooting techniques to resolve a customer’s technical issue in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Export warranty go to person. Gather and collect information and forward to service department. Provide follow up to provide customer satisfaction. May have to perform warranty repair(s)
• Maintaining a professional and satisfied relationship with customers by providing product and service troubleshooting while educating about the features and proper use and care of their purchases.
• Responsible for maintaining client relationships for existing and potential customers who have questions and concerns about products, service and parts.
• Front line support via on-site visits, e-mail and telephone.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Assist Sales Coordinator with technical issues
• Promote parts sales on site visits.
• Provide hands-on and virtual training
• Periodically provide technical training and service education domestically
• Learn and understand new and upcoming technology
  • GPS and Geolink Technology – set-up, troubleshooting, training
  • Tier-4 components and troubleshooting
  • Toro MyTurf

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 of industry experience in the golf/turf maintenance field in repair and maintenance and/or operating different types of turf equipment.
• Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull heavy items
• Strong written and oral communication skills to work with individuals and groups from diverse professional backgrounds at all levels
• Basic Spanish Language Preferred
• Proficient MS Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to travel frequently – Valid US passport required
• Position requires living in Southeast FL area
