Internship Purpose:

These positions are designed to provide students with the opportunity to gather career-related work experiences, while applying and developing knowledge specifically acquired through their current educational program. Selected interns are placed in departments based on their current program or area of interest that is best suited to the student. Interns must be of legal working age (18) or older to participate in the program.

Internship Responsibilities:

• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
• Rotates through pre-selected divisions of responsibility and accomplishes tasks or duties assigned.
• Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
• Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales under direct supervision.
• Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence, and/or journals, or government regulations.
• Ability to deal directly with the public, on the phone or face to face, following the Bank’s Customer Service Standards.
