This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Ongoing management and reporting for US Innovation portfolio
Owns annual, periodic and ad-hoc reporting and monitoring of innovation launch tracking, portfolio status, budget and forecast
Owns and leads data quality into systems and be one point of truth with global and cross functional teams i.e. Finance, Portfolio, other enabling
Quarterly review of Pre-Launch and Post-Launch forecasts to understand and discuss innovations gaps to target
Partners with Portfolio & Project Management system business owner(s) to inform and support maintenance and enhancements of portfolio-related functionality
Standardize, automate or otherwise simplify reporting and metrics
Provide clarity on projects in/out Plan for Innovation Sales & INS
Owns, manages, and designs visualization (Power BI) US reporting
Identifies Risks & Opportunities along with potential mitigation and trade-off options
Track early warning indicators of potential project launch slippage and ensure corrective actions
Portfolio tracking of key last mile milestone activities to highlight any risks
Manage and recommend US portfolio project prioritization
Analysis of and recommendations for total portfolio including deep dives to identify risks and opportunities at a market, brand, and innovation-type level, etc.
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
5+ years of innovation, marketing, portfolio, sales or strategy experience with a consumer goods company
Experience in Analytics
Project Management Experience
Fluent in English, written and oral
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Post graduate studies. MBA is desirable.
Experience and ability to manage projects within a matrix organization, integrating complex multifunctional efforts crossing multiple business areas
Strong Communicator & Connector: Ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels of colleagues across multiple functions using active listening skills and open mindset to understand needs. Someone people like working with!
Analyst & Simplifier: Ability to synthesize data from a variety of input sources, into a coherent whole/clear picture to define the performance gap and to design/deliver the appropriate solutions.
