We are hiring a Customer Success Representative to join our Media Solutions & Strategy team at Insider Intelligence, the leading provider of research focused on digital transformation.
The Media Solutions & Strategy team at Insider Intelligence is a results-driven team of seasoned professionals who help leading adtech, martech, and media companies achieve marketing success. The team is passionate about offering advertising clients the best possible experience. As a result, we have a spotless reputation for customer service and account management in the B2B media industry. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be a part of the Media team. The objective of the role is to take our client relations to the next level while we scale and grow the business. From identifying new logos and cultivating leads to building RFPs and creating customer facing presentations, your responsibilities will be a critical part of the end-to-end sales process. You will report to the SVP and work closely with the sellers to help them grow their books and over achieve revenue targets.

Curious & bold: You research prospective advertisers, dig into campaign history and success metrics. You aren’t afraid to ask questions, admit what you don’t know, and build upon your B2B knowledge.
Professionally energetic: You have a relentless approach toward customer service, and always operate within the Insider Intelligence values.
Increase revenue for new business. Identify, research, and cultivate new leads to the qualification stage where you will release to the senior sellers.
Work with sellers & AdOps, to complete timely RFP requests from advertisers and agencies. Ensure RFPs are accurate and competitive.
Identify & help troubleshoot fulfillment or campaign performance issues that may place a contract at risk or jeopardize advertiser retention.
Create media proposals, customer facing presentations, account review presentations, competitive positioning matrices, and other sales support materials.
Simultaneously support over 100+ active advertisers and integrated media programs to continuously iterate processes, workflows, and increase customer service.
Shadow sellers to expand your adsales knowledge, and grow your account management skills.
Stay on top of the latest B2B industry trends and Monitor competitive publishers for new programs and advertisers.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience with client-facing work, preferably in media/publishing/advertising
Interest and experience in business, or related field
