We are seeking a full-time Director of Marketing to provide strategy, planning, and leadership for our marketing department. We’re looking for a candidate who sees the big picture and builds detailed playbooks for sustainable growth. You should be results-oriented and motivated to achieve and exceed KPIs while leading a team.
We will consider candidates from anywhere in the continental U.S. Location near Seattle, WA, or in the Pacific Time Zone is a plus.
You will be responsible for the success and oversight of all marketing activities, including but not limited to: audience growth, marketing operations, website design, content marketing, campaign management, social media, inbound, outbound, and analytics.
Manage 5+ direct reports: Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, Marketing Design Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, and Marketing Technology & Data Specialist
Identify new audience growth opportunities around SEO, email, and content
Develop and implement marketing strategies across all channels
Oversee creative development, project management, and delivery for all marketing campaigns, with emphasis on email marketing
Establish and nurture partnerships to reach new markets and grow digital audience both within our current industry, as well as in new auxiliary markets
Identify and leverage opportunities around customer data (personas, behavior, etc.) to grow engagement and support business objectives
Manage branding, positioning, and brand awareness of the umbrella GreenBook brand as well as all product lines
Assist with special projects on an as-needed basis
7+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech or market research
3+ years experience managing a team
Experience using Hubspot (or other major marketing automation system)
Experience with web content platforms such as Wordpress
Proven success in building multi-channel marketing campaigns
Experience turning web analytics into actionable strategies
Proven success with audience growth and lead generation
Strong copywriting skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally with other teams

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
