As a Manager, Brand Planning Strategy, you will use your strategic and creative problem solving skills to tackle a variety of challenges alongside a talented team of account managers, copywriters, art directors, designers, and project managers.
We are looking for a passionate, curious, and driven strategic thinker who embraces challenges head-on and is comfortable with ambiguity and change.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•In a sea of information and research, see the big picture and cut through to what matters for advancing our business •Uncover and share meaningful insights to shape strategy and creative development •Construct brand, creative and communications strategies for Novartis brands and internal divisions •Demonstrate your passion for the creative process by crafting inspiring briefs that help the team deliver exceptional creative that’s on strategy •Use storytelling to clearly convey your thinking and point of view •Assist in workshop design, moderation, and synthesizing findings into actionable next steps •Assist the Creative & Digital team in securing new business opportunities and defining strategic approaches and deliverables

What you'll bring to the role:
•BA/BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other relevant field •5+ years marketing /brand strategy/strategic planning experience within a leading pharmaceutical creative agency •Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills •Interest in and passion for healthcare and science •Portfolio of brand building / communication projects (that you’ve lead & delivered) •Creatively-driven and experience working closely with a creative team •Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix •Comfortable with data driven conversations but not necessarily experienced in data analysis •Collaborative and a can-do attitude
