The Opportunity:

As a Content Writer, you will oversee projects that require deep research into financial topics translated into impactful copywriting and editing. This role is important shaping Fisher Investments’ brand, voice and value proposition for our prospective clients. Working on the Content team, you will report to a Team Leader and see the direct impact you are making on the firm day in and day out.

The Day-to-Day:

• Manage our US and International marketing brochure creation process from ideation to channel delivery and localization
• Work independently and with vendors to draft SEO web copy from scratch
• Research unfamiliar financial topics using online and firm resources
• Produce engaging content that follows tone and voice standards, and is consistent with firm views on investing topics
• Create ideas for marketing, draft outlines and work with graphic designers to create full marketing offers
• Edit for clarity, grammar, spelling, consistency and accuracy while following SEO standards
• Oversee the efficiency improvement process by identifying inefficient procedures, practices, and business and information structures
• Work with designers to turn copy into impactful multimedia (e.g. video, infographics, animations)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience writing marketing copy
• Experience working in financial services in any capacity
• Understanding of capital markets concepts including basics on modern portfolio theory, how different asset classes work, and the different players in the investment management industry
