Our growing Corporate Communications group is seeking a Multimedia Manager to oversee the development of extraordinary multimedia content for our clients, prospective clients, employees and the public. You will drive ideation, production, execution and maintenance of all audio, video, digital and graphic design initiatives supporting our Internal Communications, PR, Sales, Service and Marketing efforts. You will set the direction for Corporate Communication’s multimedia strategy to include brand and distribution points while driving and leading project life cycles from concept, pitch, budget and pre-production through production, post and launch.
You will have the opportunity to effectively run your own production company within Fisher Investments while creating and managing budgets and producing videos from concept to post, both in-house and via outside production companies. Your understanding of video and audio field equipment and on set will assist you in striving for high production value while working with production crews and internal teams during shoots.
Create video, audio, infographics and other media for use across multiple platforms, including YouTube, podcasts and more
Design compelling communication materials using Adobe Creative Cloud
Manage creative projects, including gathering requirements from stakeholders, marshalling resources (e.g., room reservations, equipment, talent), defining and adhering to timelines, developing creative output in line with business needs and prioritizing various projects
Use graphics to convey our firm's investment philosophy
Work with internal teams, including Marketing, Compliance and other Corporate Communication teams
Spearhead initiatives and projects across the group to identify, recommend and implement process improvements in a growing group with increasing responsibilities
Provide team leadership with the ability to run projects using effective communication and proactive updates to management and other relevant parties
Work well in a fast-paced environment with high volume projects with tight deadlines
Adhere to brand guidelines
Manage and update existing video and graphic content libraries on an ongoing basis
15+ years’ experience in multimedia design (illustration, animation and video) and expertise in video production – both shooting and editing for an investment or finance-related company
Prior experience leading high-performing teams
Demonstrated experience developing high-impact adult learning content including user interface walkthroughs, motion graphic templates, user interviews and narrative animation
Familiarity with conducting interviews with broadcast networks and the equipment necessary to do so
Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects (Adobe Creative Cloud)
