Campaign & Loyalty Manager

The Campaign & Loyalty Manager will be responsible for managing complex campaigns and offers as part of Zaxby’s loyalty program. Responsibilities include delivering personalized, data driven marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including email, SMS, push notifications and the Zaxby’s app. The role will play a key role in managing loyalty functionality across the Zaxby’s system.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential duties may include but are not limited to the following:

• Campaign Management/Loyalty

• Manage campaign offer planning and execution alongside partner agencies and supporting team members
• Responsible for all aspects of daily customer lifecycle, acquisition and retention email/SMS, push notifications, and content marketing by creating workflows and processes
• Create and manage the national & local email/text/offer calendar in order to make sure all assets and campaigns are scheduled and delivered on time
• Monitor campaign results and customer behavior in order to match against KPIs and find opportunities to increase revenue, upsell, and increase loyalty
• Work with the creative team/agency to incorporate new creative assets and approaches
• Work with ecommerce team to develop and validate customer journeys
• Continually assess KPI’s to identify necessary improvements

• Campaign/Loyalty Communications

• Develop and manage offer, calendar, and field communication strategy
• Coordinate with field team communications and operational lead
• Support/Advise campaign setup for Field/local marketing initiatives such as LSM and Direct Mail App
• Lead app development planning and execution
• Manage day to day relationship with app partner and agencies

• Data/Analysis/Testing

• Partner with business teams to develop offers/loyalty opportunities and operationalize customer data and campaign results
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize initiative performance, test out messaging and offers, and produce campaigns
• Use data to identify key insights to build segmentation and lifecycle marketing strategies
• Analyze and segment customer data, identifies VIP customer and develops appropriate measures of customer retention and revenue generation for different customer clusters
• Plan data selection and segmentation for effective testing and targeted marketing activities with an emphasis on personalization
