Job Title: Social Account Executive, Senior Location: Troy, Michigan Reports to: Account Supervisor or Account Director
The Senior Account Executive will assist the Account Services team in maintaining and growing the partnership of each client. Key responsibilities include assistance with ongoing client service management, accurate and timely program delivery, and strategic account development.
Strong Social Media skills on both a strategic and practical level required. This role will be responsible for posting across multiple Social channels that reach millions of potential customers every day. Will need to be comfortable creating content, posting content, and analyzing post data. As an individual contributor, you’ll be expected to effectively plan and organize your work, have strong interpersonal communication skills, collaborate well with others, and deliver consistent results. Scope of Work
Create, coordinate and execute a high volume of social media campaigns across multiple social media platforms
Coordinate details with multiple internal teams (Account Managers, Content Strategists and Creative teams) to ensure campaign execution is aligned with client needs and shared in a timely manner.
Create branded content social posts across multiple channels. Understand paid promotion to boost posts and target preferred audiences.
Track all social posts and campaigns in a timely and organized manner so that they can easily be interpreted by others.
Ensure social post content adheres to social media guidelines and best practices.
Assists Account Manager(s) and Supervisor(s) in every aspect of delivering upon project and business needs
Owns multiple projects and deliverables
Acts as the central point of contact between delivery areas on assigned projects
Liaises between the company, production and account services to provide current project information
Communicates project scope, including feedback and direction from Account Manager(s) and Account Supervisor(s), to internal team members
Responsible for preparing and communicating thorough and concise project direction utilizing appropriate tools to ensure projects are kicked-off accurately with Account Services and delivery areas
Coordinates and delivers projects within timelines and budgets, and ensures project scope, as well as client satisfaction goals, are met
Provides day-to-day tactical execution
Responsible for project and deliverable accuracy
Ensures adherence to brand guidelines
Tracks projects and participates in team status meetings
Creates project reports to identify, monitor, and measure key project results
Provides timely resolution of issues by following established escalation processes
Gains proficiency in and follows creative and ISO processes
Supports Account Manager(s) in the development of client presentations
Works with Account Manager(s) to establish and track budgets

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
3+ years related Social Media management
3+ years creating social media content both in-device and on the Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of Social trends, channels, and creative direction
Automotive experience a plus
Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
Strong presentation, writing and communication skills; ability to articulate clear direction
Excellent decision making skills
Ability to work in a team environment with the demand of short deadlines and high-pressure situations
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Computer literacy including proficiency in PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite
