This position will be dedicated to working closely with our Sales Representatives and Customers to meet our customer’s needs. Duties will include interacting with customers relative to the quoting of products, placement of orders, pricing, deliveries, complaints and technical recommendations.
Responsibilities include managing multiple accounts through processing and expediting orders, quoting including CAD layout, establishing and maintaining new sales programs, managing finished goods inventory, handling complaints and quality concerns, and coordinating timely deliveries.
Qualified candidates will be new or upcoming college graduates who will have a commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers. The ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment is required. Excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills are essential.
