Sales & Service Representative

Sales and Service Representative candidates must have the ability to develop knowledge of the local market, prospect for new business and use consultative selling techniques. In addition, you will be responsible for providing customer service by answering questions and discussing product offerings to help meet customer's unique needs. You will coordinate prospecting through direct mail and personal insurance reviews, entering leads, pulling motor vehicle and claims reports, entering new applications and submitting changes on existing policies.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a sales environment, preferably including marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, preparing quotes and delivering presentations
• OR Two years of customer service experience
• Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred before starting and is required after beginning employment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay rate plus commission and/or bonuses

Additional Information 

• Previous experience in a sales environment, preferably including marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, preparing quotes and delivering presentations
• Previous customer service experience
• Property and Casualty Insurance licensing is preferred prior to starting or can be obtained after 30 days of beginning employment
• Competitive base hourly rate range between $14 - $18/hour depending on experience and licensing plus commission and bonus
