Rehabilitation Equipment Associates (REQ), one of New England's leading providers of wheelchairs and mobility equipment, is expanding our ATP Sales Team in our Manchester, NH headquarters. We are a specialized medical equipment provider of innovative solutions to children, adults and seniors with mobility, seating, and positioning needs. We are seeking detail-oriented Assistive Technology Professionals to join our complex rehab team of compassionate individuals offering outstanding client experiences.
Evaluate clients to recognize and determine clients DME or seating/mobility needs while working closely with the clients, vendors and or recommendations of referrals, therapist assessment or physicians’ orders to provide clients with the necessary and appropriate equipment.
Educate and demonstrate DME to assure clients and caregivers (all parties involved) are knowledgeable of all equipment features, complex rehab and functions as well as funding resources and or guidelines.
Build relationships within the industry by networking and conducting necessary follow-ups. This includes in-services, seminars, complex rehab, or homecare events as well as potential continued education.
Manage detailed documentation of all orders, coordinate necessary bidding and funding sources for successful and timely reimbursement.
1 or more years of experience working as a DME Sales Professional preferred.
Complex rehab experience and knowledge of DME and technology.
Must enjoy working in a rewarding fast-paced, detailed-oriented work environment and possess strong communication skills.
