We are seeking a senior business and marketing leader to lead demand generation at HealthEdge. This position requires a blend of marketing strategy, demand generation, analytic and project management skills with hands-on experience and a proven ability to manage to milestones and goals, while increasing “lead to opportunity” volume, velocity and quality. As the Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for efficiently generating demand by planning, creating and executing successful lead generation programs.

What you will do:
Lead the development of a world-class demand-generation and marketing automation program to support a high growth B2B sales and marketing model in the dynamic healthcare industry
Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of CRM, Marketing Automation, website and e-mail blast systems to align with internal processes, segmentation and metrics.
Create a model and implement appropriate technologies to track and report on program success and drive continuous improvement
Generate and communicate creative insights on how to increase the lead flow through a variety of effective tactics
Thoughtfully design the optimized mix of marketing programs with clear target segments, buyer process stage, and calls to action
Work with internal stakeholders to drive the production of engaging content to feed lead generation and nurture programs
Work with internal stakeholders to drive the effective segmentation of HealthEdge’s Total Available Market
Manage list acquisition (e.g. selecting, purchasing, mining, scrubbing, importing) and the marketing database (e.g. cleansing, segmenting, analyzing)
Test and optimize creative, landing page and conversion funnels
Create and optimize lead nurturing and lead scoring systems
Ensure alignment with Sales on lead flow, lead quality and data integrity and reporting on marketing program effectiveness in terms of qualified lead and sales pipeline generation.
Perform all job functions consistent with HealthEdge policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII.
What you bring:
Prrior experience working in the healthcare industry.
Minimum of 5-7 years in building and managing demand generation/ pipeline development programs in a leading B2B organization.
Track record of developing and executing marketing strategies in the healthcare industry that produce measurable lead pipeline growth in a complex enterprise software market
Demonstrated success collaborating with sales organizations to develop joint strategies for building, managing and measuring pipeline
Significant experience selecting, integrating and optimizing key digital marketing/sales technologies such as Salesforce, Marketing Automation systems, web analytics, etc.
Strong analytical skills, with experience working in Salesforce and related systems to develop reporting/BI tools.
Proven results with segment-driven strategies, knowledge of behavioral and demographic targeting to optimize existing and new demand gen channels
Excellent project management skills (objective-driven planning and reporting), budget management
