Our devices are typically used by adults who have a spinal cord injury or suffer from a progressive disease such as ALS or MS. The autonoME system aids our customers in having a better quality of life by providing independence, a voice and access to computer programs and the internet.

Evaluate potential end users of our autonoME system
Manage relationships with current accounts; ensure customer satisfaction
Develop new business; perform product in-services: provide pricing and product information
Develop new business by promoting products and creating/managing relationships
Communicate with our service department to ensure end user success and satisfaction
We are looking for someone who can manage accounts and build business throughout Virginia and the NE United States. The right candidate will be prompt, assertive and organized; a good listener, attentive and empathetic.
Communicating with therapists and potential end users to assess their need for the autonoME system and related assistive technology
Follow up with leads to help service new customers
Perform product in-services and provide product information to current and potential customers
Travel to meet with therapists and evaluate potential end users; Manage customer satisfaction within a territory
Communicate with service manager, technical support and field service technicians
Assist with installations and service when necessary
Document customer interactions in CRM
Communicate with clients and end users to support our relationships and ensure positive experiences by the end users of our products
Live in the state of Virginia; preferably close to a major airport
75% travel; primarily M-F and home on weekends
Provide own transportation – employee will be given a car allowance to cover travel in personal vehicle
Provide Driver’s license and current certification of insurance for personal car
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be able to clearly speak and wright the English language fluently to communicate with customers and co-workers
Sitting multiple hours while driving or flying while traveling to customers
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
Additional Salary Information: End of year bonus is provided based on growth in the territory
