Qualifications: 8-10 years professional outside sales experience REQUIRED, 4-5 years relevant sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success. Experience with a nonprofit or association and some knowledge of CRMs preferred. Must be able to successfully alternate from working at home to working in the Cedar Park office, and from working individually to working with the team. Prefer experience with smaller organizations with high accountability and juggling multiple responsibilities. Professional work references and background check required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience may be substituted for degree.
Additional Salary Information: Base salary with a quarterly bonus structure, along with a generous benefits package including paid health insurance premiums, vision, dental, long-term disability, and life insurance. Participation in industry trade shows and meetings requires overnight national travel; up to 20% some months, and averaging two business trips per month (2-4 days each).
