JOB DESCRIPTION

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Gator International Sales Manager is responsible for driving the execution of Gator International sales strategy in all Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. The primary role of this position will be to contribute to the long-term growth of the business by developing new product markets, strategic retail partnerships, gaining new customer business with current Gator products and managing established accounts.

This is an opportunity for a self-starter with a proven sales record. The successful person will be self-motivated and demonstrate the drive and commitment to succeed. A passionate business developer and relationship builder with excellent communication, organisational, and follow up skills. Working both autonomously and in a team environment, you will have a leading role in building the Gator International sales division.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge and relationships in the music and pro audio industries
• Proven track record in strong sales management of distributors
• Marketing minded, with a goal of building our brand in each of the markets
• Ability to create a long-term distribution strategy and execute to strategy
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work self-directed
• Data centric with strong skills in excel and data mining to assist customers in maximizing sales opportunities
• Proven history in P&L management
• Additional languages a plus
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Located in Europe or UK
