Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Communications or related field, plus one-year multimedia service and support experience with direct customer contact; OR Associates degree plus three years of multimedia service and support experience with direct customer contact; OR An equivalent combination of training and/or experience.
Work experience must provide knowledge of various multimedia communications equipment and resources.
Demonstrated ability to use digital video cameras, to shoot high-quality video, and to work in fixed camera rooms and field shoots.
Experience with the following formats: M4V, MPEG4/MP4, MP3.
Must be computer proficient (PC and Macintosh platforms) and skilled in the use of Final Cut Pro X and/or other related video editing software.
Must have experience and understanding of basic office applications, such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and software-based productivity tools.
Ability to work with co-workers and customers in a professional collaborative and service-oriented manner.
Ability to work unsupervised and accomplish required tasks and functions as well as understand when to escalate issues to management.
Ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems in an effective manner.
Ability to identify recurring support issues and recommend operational or technical changes to resolve.

Must have the ability and tolerance to work in hospital and research situations with video surgery on humans and other animals.
