Right now, our Digital Strategy team is looking for a UX Writer/Editor to join them.
What will you be doing in this role?
Produce content for web and mobile and oversees and ensure consistency and quality. Partner with brand strategy, communications, marketing, product managers, UX, social media, and copywriting to ensure copy accuracy and consistency in voice, tone, and brand.
Write clear, concise, engaging copy that guides users within a digital product (web, mobile, social) and helps them interact with it, including micro-copy, UI labels, menu labels, buttons, headlines
Ensure that all content is clear, well written, grammatically correct and factually accurate
Maintain style standards, including grammar, usage, tone and branding
Work with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements for new and existing features.
Collaborate with design, product, business and marketing partners to influence page layout, visual design and produce a consistent end-to-end experience
Understand target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals
Communicate the needs and expectations of the user effectively to multiple teams.
Advocate for users and UX best practices
Demonstrate skilled problem-solving capabilities to determine solutions and options to resolve problems.
Create and document accessibility standards and ensure accessibility is baked into products.
